Book Release Party at the Mai-Kai – Sept 17th
The only place to officially celebrate the release of my book is the Mai-Kai. Join me in Fort Lauderdale September 17th for a special event.
On Saturday the 17th we will welcome everyone to a history presentation in the Mai-Kai and a book signing in the Molokai Bar afterwards. Reservations should be made through the Mai-Kai.
You will have the opportunity for special cocktails for the night, not served in 50+ years! Jim Hayward of the Atomic Grog will be on hand to guide us through the Mai-Kai’s menu, explain the vintage selections.
We will also have our guest Tiki Diablo there for the debut of the bowl, specially designed and created by him, for the book release. It is a re-imagined version of a vintage and very rare Mai-Kai bowl. This will be your first chance to own this rare item.
This will be 2 weeks in advance of the books release and your first chance to get your copy and get it signed!
